Pre-Summit Track Meetings Underway Ahead of First Nepal Autism Summit 2026

Kathmandu, Nepal  Ahead of the landmark First Nepal Autism Summit scheduled for 19 September 2026 at the Nepal Administrative Staff College, Lalitpur, multi-disciplinary track teams have officially initiated intense pre-Summit preparations. Convened by Inclusive Education Nepal alongside collaborating organizations, these working sessions bring together experts, government bodies, practitioners, researchers, autistic adults, and family representatives.

To ensure the summit produces actionable policy outcomes rather than general commentary, each track team is structuring its agenda around three critical questions:

  1. Where are we now? (Evaluating current data, resource gaps, and existing practices)
  2. What should be done? (Defining operational roadmaps, policy reforms, and community solutions)
  3. What is the science behind it? (Anchoring recommendations in global research and evidence-based practice)
